Day 6 of Skybros Appreciation Day
@GeneralGravey is one of the most based and coolest people you can meet in the community. Getting to know Gravey has been such a blessing she has not only introduced me to some amazing people but has an entire community of her own. Gravey is welcoming and loving to anyone who she comes into contact with and gives open arms to all who are introduced to her. The first convo I had with Gravey was about being a gun nut and insane domino effects of history to now. To now having worked on the Anime with her and being lead through an incredible story in the Lyrian TTRPG. Talk about someone that is well rounded and number one is a Sister in Christ who Loves the Lord. She is one of the most genuine people in the community and I am incredibly honored to call her a friend.
@WatchChibi is one of the most kind and intelligent people that I have met. Chibi in the short time of knowing him will bend over backwards for anyone at if they ever need help and is always willing to do so without any question. Chibi has one of the most kindest personalities of anyone I have met in a long time and shows a reflection of what being loving and kind as a Christian and man of God should reflect and honor in his walk with Christ. I am grateful and extremely honored to have met him and his wife in this sphere and am extremely excited to see what these two will create in the future as a couple and team with their creativity and compassion.

Angel's Sword Adventurer Creator – Angular Edition is now updated to v0.2.1 with a small, but powerful patch upgrade!
I've been pouring over old code (pixel shaders, hehe) all day to find optimized operations stacks for the export process, especially the chroma key pass. Long story short, the processing on export is now fundamentally faster, and supports multi-threaded workers to leverage more powerful CPUs if you have a beefy rig. As a bonus, the chroma key preview on the exports tab also runs this logic, so not only is it a bit faster to render when scrubbing, but you also see the exact result you'll get in the output files.
I want to see @Leaflit's reaction to this speed bump, considering she noted the slowness of exporting in past videos. Heeee...

Today I made a prototype of a system that turns a single AI-generated portrait into a living VTuber. No rigging, no Live2D, nobody spending 80 hours in an editor.
The character was generated locally with SDXL using the same model and custom LoRA I use for the art bot in my Discord server.
A video model (Grok) then animated her into a chain of idle clips, each one starting on the exact frame where the previous one ended, so she loops forever and rarely cuts.
Her mouth is the interesting part: a tracker follows the drawn lines of her lips through every frame, measuring position, angle, and width, and a composited mouth rides along, rotating and foreshortening as her head moves. The mouth shapes themselves were inpainted onto her own face by SDXL, so every viseme is in her exact art style. Real phoneme detection drives which shape shows.
Because the mouth is composited rather than baked in, it stops the instant the voice stops. The body animation never even knows speech exists.
Animating her ate about half of my SuperGrok credits, which works out to $14.32 if you paid for the same experimentation directly. I used 5 of the 12 generated clips in this demo. Narrated this demo using the Kokoro TTS model for free.
Next step would be webcam emotion detection so she can swap between animation sets when the streamer smiles or gasps, more mouth shapes

I believed in you, your talent, and skill. The fact a 5 year friendship ended cause your so hurt by words shows that our validation was the only thing that kept you prideful.
By the way pride is a sin. I can love the sinner and hate the sin. ive been that way and will continue to be that way until the Lord calls me home. Its not my place to judge but i can tell you things out of love. I dont want to see people burn for it.
If people want to hate me then thats fine. Im old and I just dont care anymore. You dont want to listen and impose your will then do it on some other weak creature. Tonight proved one thing. Everyone else that spoke ill of you was right. Have the day you deserve and God bless you.
