@nhs_pensions @NHSEngland must take action to warn GP's that they give more than 6 months notice of their plans.
@NHSEngland : remove this contract from Capita. Must enforce targets on Capita regarding the processing of applications. Must investigate the Contact Us form which is not fit for purpose. Must support GPs. Must investigate staffing at PCSE which they admit is cause of delay
GPs should be aware that there is absolutely no mechanism for direct communication with PCSE during the process. Messages sent via the Contact Us forms result in no additional action.
