Stocks/tokens are both worth what someone will pay for them. Both have fundamental value OR are valued based on a discounting of future performance. The difference is stocks try to price performance of a company. Tokens try to price performance of a network platform

Except that stocks represent the value of one company and it's performance. Ethereum as an example, represents the performance of all the applications on the platform. It earns fees for everything. The tokens represent 5he value of those fees.
