UD extensions no longer resolve on Etherscan 🤔
Not sure what happened but would be great if @unstoppableweb provided some info
@etherscan was one of the main places I used my domain
My @ensdomains seem to still be resolving.

UD domains still resolve on @polygonscan
But Etherscan integration brought a new level of utility to UD holders & silenced many haters
They have ud.me (ex - ud.me/321.x) to track cross chain txns but would like to know what happened with Etherscan

Crazy to think @Budweiser spent 30 E ($95,000 USD) on Beer.eth
But Beer.x is struggling to sell for even for 2.5 E
I’m seeing many Companies claim their Unstoppable name for free, but Few sales on secondary markets

Acquiring Beer.x or even the “/Beer” TLD from @HNS at the right price would be a great marketing tool like their .eth name is

Gas is calculated at the time we do the renewal for you. We email you before it comes up for renewal, we try to do it 45 days in advance so you have extra time.
Being able to Auto-Renew my @ensdomains seems pretty cool
But how will @unstoppableweb deal with gas fees?
Will UD auto-renew at a certain time for me (ex - 24 hours before expiry) regardless of gas fee & charge my credit card?
Seems like a good idea, but gas fees scare me⛽️
One cool thing about @unstoppableweb auto renew feature for .eth:
Once you set it up for your domain you can move the domain between wallets and we will still renew it!
That’s right, doesn’t matter what wallet it’s in if you setup auto renewal on it we will keep it current.

But I do not see anything regarding the gas fee concern described above

For clarification - I claimed the .x of the names posted.
Once I claimed them, the other extensions such as doctors.nft became protected.
I can still sell, edit, & transfer my domain.
I have been told UD is reviewing released domains due to accidentally releasing trademarks
It’s a bittersweet feeling seeing some @unstoppableweb Domains I minted get “protected” again
It’s cool because I feel like I own something special
But it worries me as newcomers may be confused & deterred by the arbitrary pricing algorithm & name protection
How do you feel?
They may not be showing up in my wallet as I am Parking them using “unstoppable Vault” on their website
I used some promo credits to pay the $99/yr so I can wait to disperse them among a few wallets

With @ensdomains, it sucks I wasn’t there first to snag good names, but they have a systematic renewal fee based on length & did an auction for premium names in the beginning
I must say though, the release of names over time is nice because it prevents hoarding.

Web3 domains are crazy because it doesn’t really have to be “set up” like a traditional site to be functional
Simply owning a domain and linking your crypto address allows it to be very useful
I feel like in web2 you had to have a business on a site, but web3 changes that ⬇️
Currently I have the most interest in @unstoppableweb and @ensdomains. I truly think they have the strongest teams & communities in the web 3 domain space
@HNS @Stacks @freenameio are also some interesting projects. Need to dig deeper into HNS but I feel it lacks operability
