6 months ago I opened @framer for the first time.
No design school. No agency experience. Just figuring it out.
Today my first template is live on the Framer Marketplace.
PRVSM is out 🖤

15 days until my last shift after 10+ years in hospitality.
15 days until I go all-in on web design. 🚀
Has this month been kind to me? Not really, lol.
Leads slowed down. Sales dropped. And of course, it all happened right before one of the biggest changes in my life.
Perfect timing, right? 😂
But am I giving up? Absolutely not.
I've spent years building someone else's business while trying to build my own on the side.
Now it's finally time to see what I can do when I give my own dreams 100% of my energy.
I'm nervous. I'm excited. And I have absolutely no idea what the next few months will bring.
But I'd rather try and fail than spend another 10 years wondering what could've happened.
Here's to betting on myself. 🧡

Is October just a terrible month for Framer creators, or is it just me? 🫠
This is my worst month in a while.
Only 27 leads so far, compared to 60–80 by this point in previous months. Most of my traffic seems to be bots, and sales and affiliate commissions have been painfully slow.
Anyone else experiencing this, or am I just unlucky this month? 😅
I've been auditing US business websites lately, mostly dental clinics and other local service providers.
And I'm genuinely shocked by how many established businesses have websites that feel stuck in 2010.
It's not just about outdated design.
Poor information architecture, confusing navigation, weak CTAs, inconsistent content, complicated booking flows, and so many missed conversion opportunities.
Some of these businesses offer treatments worth $10k+.
Yet their websites make it unnecessarily difficult for potential customers to take the next step.
And it makes me wonder:
Are these websites actually converting well despite all of this?
Do business owners underestimate how much UX and website structure can impact conversions?
Or are we, as designers, overestimating the importance of a well-designed website?
Genuinely curious what you think.
