Google Cloud has been running out of capacity for popular machine types in us-central1, on both Compute Engine and AlloyDB. This has prevented us from scaling up/down on multiple occasions.
This is very disappointing and is making me not want to use Google Cloud.

The SaaS model is still strong, it's just less likely to get grifty on the time it took to build the software and now stands just on what has always been the actual value: providing great service.
