West Ham Stuff

"I wouldn't be sat here otherwise - that's why I'm here, as well as what this Club means to me. Speaking to Karim and Daniel, they align with what I want from this Club." – Parker when asked about promotion being a non-negotiable

"A lot of learning. I saw two sides to us - we started slowly. It was poor. The positive was the reaction, to come back. More importantly was the way we looked in that second half, and the way we went about it. We could have gone on to win." – Scotty Parker on Cardiff draw

"I feel comfortable. I have a good feeling. It was probably the best four years I played at West Ham, and a place that was really good for me. That emotion and warmth brought the best out of me, and that relationship with the fans. I felt that yesterday, and I'm excited." – SP

"Me and Mark are very similiar in our ways, and playing with someone for a long time you realise that. He holds characteristics and values I share, and having him around is positive. He'll be a massive help for me and he understands everything about this Club." – Parker on Noble

"There's a certain way I think 95% of coaches want to be - free-flowing, dynamic, scoring lots of goals. The side we saw in the second half was what I liked. It was aggressive, taking risks and looking to score. That was exactly what I want." – Scott Parker on style of play 👀

"I’ve been in football for 20-odd years, and I’ve had some surprises, but today was a big surprise. Maybe not so much a surprise, but a big learning. The second half was the polar opposite to the first, and to come back like we did was brilliant." – West Ham manager Scott Parker

"He is someone I know is a big character in the dressing room. He's got a lot of love for the Club, and the group he's got, we have West Ham inside the changing room. You see the crowd, they appreciate him. We have to use these moments, to use these things." – Bowen on Parker

"It was incredible [to be reunited with the fans]. It’s been a long time since I’ve stood in front of them, as one of them. It was a proud moment, and I feel honoured and blessed. One thing I can promise, I will try and get this team to where we all want it to be." – Parker ⚒️

"Two days before the next game, and I can’t wait to get in tomorrow, to get this group in a meeting and ask questions. There are elements you don’t understand how things changed so drastically. A lot of learning, but we’ll go to Blackburn with a bit more influence from me!" – SP
