Newsom's likely to run in 24 against Trump.
Trump wants him to be his opponent.
Newsom's record is shambolic in SF and CA.
He will be seen as challenger, and will thus be easier to beat.
Biden is going to retire; Harris is nowhere, Buttigieg is lulz.

FORBIDDEN STUDIOS PRESENTS: THE STATE OF THE ASS 🍑
The economy is struggling. The world is on the brink of war. Americans are demanding answers.
Tonight, the President finally addresses the nation's most pressing issue.

Democrats sincerely want to outlaw political dissent, you know, like fascists.

Here’s the thing about “Keep theaters alive!” and “Go watch this film in the movie theater!”
It’s a two-way agreement.
The audience agrees to pay to see films in a theater only if:
- The filmmakers are shooting scripts that have a thesis statement/intention/point.
- The actors and director are giving it their all, and not phoning it in.
- The edit has trimmed off all the fat.
- The film isn’t some didactic exercise, intent on jamming a “lesson” into us.
- The studio executives have paid close attention to the film from start to finish and have given the filmmakers useful notes to keep it all on-track.
- The film is entertaining.
- (And the theater managers are maintaining some order and decorum in the theaters themselves.)
Otherwise, the audiences will continue to stay home and wait for the films to come online, so they can maybe watch five minutes of it or scrub through, and then turn it off.
The film has to be excellent. Or at least try in that direction.
Much of what is released is just not good enough.

Democrats are running complete lunatics. The midterms shouldn't be close. Yet Democrats currently have the edge. Everyone knows it's because of the Iran war. But people who opposed the war are the ones being called division. Laughable. Slop.
Nobody listens to you, short queen.
Over the last several months, I've been warning that Tucker Carlson isn't merely a grifter—he’s an operative building a new political project centered around right-wing social policy and left-wing economic policy.
Tonight, Tucker is going live to announce “a new path forward” after “MAGA was betrayed.”
Whether he intends to or not, Tucker is doing the bidding of hostile foreign entities that have been trying to bring down America and the entire West for decades.
Tonight — LIVE at 7pm ET — I’ll be joined by James Lindsay (@conceptualjames), Ryan Mauro (@RyanMauro) and J. Michael Waller (@JMichaelWaller) for an immediate reaction to Tucker's stream and to shed light on the foreign entities and sinister forces driving his movement.
This guy doesn't know how these things work but he retweeted me without allowing me to post a reply there, so now I'm retweeting him.
That's not how it works, guy. As soon as they're in the majority and approve dollar one of additional funding, they're 50% owners. Sad but true.
The GOP is so afraid that Massie will run for Mitch's seat, it's kind of funny at this point.

I don't usually go for conspiracy theories, but I'm sort of convinced the Republican establishment is covering up Mitch McConnell's very severe incapacitation (or worse) in order to stop Thomas Massie from running for his Senate seat... which is a frankly hilarious series of events.
No chance of winning, sure but merely running? GTFO.
Let me introduce you to the candidacies of Ross Perot, Mike Huckabee, and of course, Rick Santorum.
And let's not forget Perot's role as spoiler in 1992. The cope from MANA ("Make America Neocon Again") is hilariously dumb.
