After seeing this in an awesome presentation at #ISTE over the summer, I decided to try a new activity for pattern recognition with my second graders! Students used Lego blocks to create patterns and identify where they could add loops to their algorithms. #ComputationalThinking
Today I became #ISTEcertified!
So excited to be a part of the @ISTEofficial community! Couldn’t have done this without the support of my district and cohort members @GoMounts
I created a coding escape challenge for the first cycle this year and it has been a huge success this week! Great way to get students back into computational thinking and collaborating
Took some time to really go over all the things I took away from ISTE & KTI this summer to enhance my lessons this year and wowsers! I’m excited to try new things but I have lots of work to do 📝📱💻 Luckily I’m determined and know I have a whole group of people cheering me on 🫶🏼
