Partially true. Brown started the first ~20 games of 2018-19 then mostly came off the bench (25 total starts) after Smart replaced him once Kyrie and Hayward were healthy. Both Brown and Hayward spent much of the year as reserves. A Change.org petition existed but had just 12 signatures and had no impact. He started the playoffs only after Smart’s injury.

Wow Pats totally blow 3rd & 17 and give up a TD but they get 7 right back on a short screen pass that goes 48 yards all the way for a TD with no time left.

86 was wide open for a big play gor the Patriots on that INT. Predetermined pass

Bad decision going for it there. You essentially give it to the Bears in a spot where 1 first down gets them in FG range for 3 points.

Washington going for it on 4th down early in the game instead of taking the easy 3 points cost them in the end. They were in FG range and could have tied it to send it to OT if they had that extra 3 points

BYU DL Justin Kirkland admitted he yelled “hut” at the end of the first half, when CJ Carr’s spike was ruled a fumble, which would have been a penalty on BYU. Carr attempted to spike the ball to stop the clock, but officials ruled it a fumble recovered by BYU after review. Notre Dame center Ashton Craig argued the call, but to no avail. xitter.cf/CougConnect/status/211…

Miss the biggest call of the game & let a field storming distract you from seeing a very obvious 1 sec on the game clock.. The crew couldn’t have messed that play up more

Fox officiating analyst Mike Pereira said he spoke to the "Big 12 replay center" and they told him that the “replay did clear” the game to end. Pereira does not agree: “It’s pretty obvious that there is a second left and there should have been another play for Notre Dame.”

BAD look for the refs. 2 missed calls on 1 play.
As some have noted, there was indeed :01 on the bug clock when the pass hit the ground (BYU/ND). Replay should have reviewed to determine if the in-stadium clock was at :01 at that point and if so, ND would have had one more play.

"I think it warranted a flag. That's a lot of contact where you're not playing the ball... I would've supported a DPI." ESPN/ABC rules analyst Matt Austin on the Notre Dame-BYU finish. (There's also the question of the field clock, which showed 1 second remaining)

That should've been DPI in the endzone by BYU which should've been 1st & goal for ND with 1 untimed down. But I hate those fade routes in that situation. I didnt like how they handled the last drive. Use your timeouts to save clock & use the middle of the field more.

If the Texans acquire Marvin Harrison jr, they Patriots should bring Boutte back. It was going to be hard for a WR to go to a new team and learn the playbook plus mesh with the QB to somehow have a career year in a contract year.

If he makes big Impactful plays like last year some team would have paid for his potential in a bigger role.

Raiders vs Chiefs Horribly officiated at the end in both directions, but are we just not calling offsides in the @NFL anymore? Chris Jones is clearly offside on both the spike and the Interception.
