Perfect from @afneil. #October7th šŸ‡®šŸ‡±šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§
ā€œThus did Israel become the first nation ever to be attacked for being attacked.ā€ @AfNeil critiques the West’s mostly young and ā€œbetter educated classesā€ for being ā€œuseful idiots in the cause of evil.ā€ #TimesRadio

Two years ago @KemiBadenoch won over 50% of the membership vote to become leader of @Conservatives In that time she has renewed our party, energised the membership and got us winning again. The only credible leader in politics today, and one who will walk into Downing Street at the next election.

Those Russian bots are votes in the bag.
Nigel Farage’s Facebook page has gained over 12000 new followers in just 60 hours. Many of his videos are going into the multiple-millions of views on that platform recently. Something is happening out there.

I guest-presented Sky's Sunday Morning slot - and had a taste for what political-debate presenters have to deal with. Some thoughts, in my notebook:- comment.press/sunday

X deserves a better class of post than this delusional hatstand
They’re literally all just woke language cops desperate to play victim after attacking me for weeks on national airwaves. Britain deserves a better media class than this.

A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one. While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ā€˜Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] ā€œovercoming the cotton ceilingā€.’ When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’. In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ā€˜Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'. @thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti… In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male. Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high. Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole. There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

This is Rogers's goal against Manchester United. United's defence is basically nonexistent.

So @RobertJenrick - Reform UK want to nationalise Poundland?
If what’s happening to Poundland was happening to Waitrose, Fraser and the Tory Party would be in Parliament Square with pitchforks. They just don’t get it. 12,000 jobs are at stake. 600 stores. I have received hundreds of messages from angry and scared workers. And *there is an offer* on the table. Poundland doesn’t have to go under. The Government should be doing everything it can to keep Poundland alive.

Unfortunately, Jenrick isn't a serious politician. Like the rest of Reform's leadership, he's a brittle individual with a chip on his shoulder who really can't bear even the smallest amount of scrutiny.
'Are you going to ask me anything actually meaningful?' 'I asked you about the Budget at the beginning of this interview... I have spent the whole show asking serious questions.' @CamillaTominey and Reform UK's Robert Jenrick MP clash over people associated with the party.

Robert Jenrick is really proposing that the state bails out Poundland. Maybe the state should bail out every failing business? #LemonSocialism

Freedom of speech is sacrosanct . I’m blocking anyone who doesn’t appreciate that. Hard left and hard right seem to lack intelligent debate or at least an attempt to understand another’s side. Abuse is not acceptable and so a good cull is actually therapeutic. I’ll also block anyone who has the word Hate in their bio. You can keep your hate.

Should have hit the Hamas funeral procession with a couple of MOAB bombs…..Kerboom!!šŸ’„šŸ’„
Gaza. Yesterday. A clip that exposes all the pro-Palestinian lies. A funeral for a Hamas member. Meaning he was killed in a targeted attack. No famine. No genocide. Thousands upon thousands of armed combatants. A culture with no desire for peace. And of course no women allowed. The real question is why are the pro-Pallys lying to you? Partly, because like this lot, they also hate Jews. But also, this is what they want for the West. This is your fight whether you know it or not.

Eh?
We need to talk about The Telegraph One of the UK's oldest and most respected right wing papers. A broadsheet. A thought leader. Today - a political bloodbath with some of the most talented leading commentators of our day brutally axed before the paper veers left. What is happening is another leftist attack on Europe. Another pillar crumbled. Another institution taken over and destroyed Wake up. The long slow Communist takeover of Europe is currently on steroids

Slavery was an evil in which people from every continent and region participated. We should be honest about the whole history, not select the parts that are politically convenient today, especially given Britain's leading role in ending the transatlantic slave trade. If Caribbean countries are asking Britain for a formal apology for Britain’s role in the transatlantic slave trade, will they also be asking the same of the descendants of African kingdoms, rulers and merchants who captured, sold and profited from the trade? On demands for reparations, whether through cash or debt relief, we have been down this track before. Twenty-five years ago, Jubilee 2000, Drop the Debt and Make Poverty History argued that cancelling the debts of poorer countries would give them a fresh start. More than $100 billion of debt was eventually written off, but many of those countries have since built up even bigger debts. Labour are already spending too much on Britain's welfare state, now is not the time for Andy Burnham to be providing global welfare. There is no reason British taxpayers today should be held financially responsible for things that happened generations before any of us were born. And I have even less patience for political elites in commonwealth countries who don’t know how to make their own citizens prosperous now looking for another opportunity to blame Britain. As Prime Minister, Andy Burnham should be Britain’s greatest defender. Instead, he is writing articles saying we need to confront our history (as if we haven't done enough of that) and considering another formal historical apology. Tony Blair already expressed Britain’s deep sorrow and regret for our role in the slave trade nearly twenty years ago. There is no need to do so again. This is all another navel-gazing distraction. The Commonwealth should be looking forward, not endlessly backwards. That means economic partnerships to make us all richer and deeper military and security cooperation against common threats. If every Commonwealth summit becomes an exercise in presenting Britain with demands for cash then we need to start asking if it is worth the effort.

I am lucky enough to have seen Maradona at his best - for me he is the greatest player to have ever played football.
Batistuta hablaba en una entrevista y sorpresivamente aparece Diego Maradona. Y lo que siguió es una joya, uno de los mejores momentos televisivos de Diego. Cuando le preguntas a Bati por ese día , todavía se emociona.

This is a disgrace. I don’t blame Carrick - I blame the culture of player entitlement and sub-standard management. Second-rate players bought at premium prices. What a disaster. #MUFC

Andy Burnham needs to get back in his box or call a general election. Apologies for slavery have been made. As for reparations? The grifting, scrounging, corrupt Caribbean politicians can buy their own beachfront properties.
With Andy Burnham ā€˜open’ to calls for a British formal apology for slavery, Labour MP Bell Ribeiro Addy argues that reparations aren’t all about money. ā€œHas anybody issued the UK with an invoice? Nobody has done that.ā€ @ayeshahazarika

This is awful. It’s not Carrick’s fault - the players simply aren’t good enough - combined with that idiot Martinez - we might seriously be battling relegation this season. #MUFC #CHEMUN
