Padma Vibhushan @rameshmashelkar tells the 2024 Conclave his personal story. Dr. Mashelkar served for more than a decade as Director General of CSIR, nearly 2 decades as Chairman of the National Innovation Foundation, & another decade as President of Global Research Alliance. Yet without compassion, he could not have continued his high school studies.
