The really challenging thing about screenwriting or being a screenwriter is that - everyone knows everything - all that you mention above.
Yet, when you actually put pen down to paper(and continue further) - you realize how much you need to remember all that you know AND when you need to know to put this or that AND whether/how all these little cogs fit together in different combinations.
That's why you need to figure out a workflow that fits you best that allows you to create the best possible story.

For precise filmmaking, controlled scenes are very important. It's surprising that even after all these amazing updates, we still don't have enough with custom audio and characters.
Because more studios are starting to adopt AI there is a need for customisation and precision.
Most AI video developers don't seem to realize that audio is half of what a film is made of.
