We think it's great to see people in the spotlight talk openly about mental health and wellbeing, because it helps normalise these discussions for all of us, and reminds us that no matter who you are, we all have mental health.

Doing what I love - training IPS employment consultants with a drive to support people with mental health and addictions into meaningful employment.
This lovely team from Workwise attended 'Three cups of tea – developing employer relationships', facilitated by @PhilleenD. They put it into practice straight away, coming away with job leads for the people they support. Go to workcounts.co.nz to view our training options.

Prior to 2018, England had no strategic, health service-level attempt at expansion of individual placement and support (IPS), even though there was widespread awareness and interest in IPS.
