This moment has been a year in the making and marks the first time ever that protocol-owned risk oracles land in prod, arriving first to @aave.
Way to go @LlamaRisk team and big thanks to our partners who have been there to support us along the way. More to come.
LETS GHO 👻
The first protocol-owned risk oracle is live on @aave.
Built by LlamaRisk.
Powered by the @chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE).
Owned by Aave.
It dynamically manages Pendle PT collateral risk. First on Aave v3 Ethereum. Coming soon to all Aave PT markets.
Let's gho 👻

LlamaRisk team is attending @chainlink’s LINK:NYC this week.
If you’re an asset issuer, protocol team, institution, or just want to talk risk management, dm our CEO @WormholeOracle or COO @simonb_defi to book time.
It's been an exciting first month of tokenized stocks on @aave and the best part is this is both the beginning and the cusp of transforming our industry from being about crypto-native markets to becoming a convergence of financial markets to on-chain ecosystems. I've been working nearly a decade to see this transformation materialize, and it has never been more inevitable than it is today. I'm extremely grateful to be here with you all to witness what is coming.
When you have powerful risk management tooling continuously optimizing markets, why would you allocate anywhere else?
Just use @aave.
UPDATE: Since going live on @Aave, LlamaGuard PT Risk Oracles have:
> Covered $96M in PT collateral
> Executed 37 governance-bounded E-Mode changes
> Brought dynamic, risk-adjusted collateral limits to Aave @Ethereum, @Plasma and @Monad deployments
Built on @Chainlink CRE.

Tokenized equities are being put to work on @Aave V4
35% of tokenized Mag 7 supply on @Base has already been deposited as collateral on Aave, including 44% of $GOOGLc supply.

This marks the 3rd LlamaGuard risk oracle in prod. They will keep coming. 🚀
Risk management at scale
PT-AUSD-17DEC2026 on @Aave V3 @Monad is live with dynamic risk parameter updates, enabling a market priced to @Pendle_fi’s implied rates.
Powered by LlamaGuard.
One thing I love about this dashboard is it makes the oracle behavior for tokenized equities on @aave plain to see, including market closures
Tokenized stocks come with caveats for safe collateral integrations in onchain lending. For these, we need careful and verifiable risk controls.
Tokenized stocks mirror every corporate action of their underlying share.
For example, a stock split moves the share price and the token multiplier; any lag between these updates can misprice onchain collateral.
LlamaGuard keeps both in sync on @Aave using @chainlink feeds.
This is the second LlamaGuard risk oracle in prod, with much more to come
Following approval from the Aave DAO, the LlamaGuard PT Risk Oracle is now live on @aave V3 @Plasma for PT-sUSDe-22OCT2026.

Anyone with lending market exposure should be able to verify operational risk management of their market and the judgment behind all actions. That information should be readily available.
Users first, always.
Reintroducing the @Aave Risk Dashboard
A live feed of all risk parameter updates on Aave, now tracking Risk Steward actions across V4 hubs and spokes.

A proposal to register LlamaRisk’s PT Risk Oracle agents for PT-sUSDe-22OCT2026 on @Aave V3 @Plasma is live for voting.
Over $45M of this PT is supplied on Aave. If approved, our risk agents will dynamically update the discount rate and E-Mode settings as market conditions on @Pendle change and maturity approaches.
Each update will have the following limits:
✅ Discount rate: up to 100 bps (at least 2 days apart)
✅ eMode categories 25 and 26: up to 50 bps per parameter (at least 3 days apart)

The secret how the modular @aave v4 protocol scales trust:
A new type of credit instrument coming to @aave horizon.
Pay attention, our industry is evolving.

A price that exists is not a price you can lend against.
Weekend markets now price major US stocks, but off-hours books are often thin. Before a weekend price secures credit, it has to resist manipulation and come from venues with real depth behind the quote.
Rebuilding price continuity is the next step to unlock the full potential of tokenized stocks in DeFi lending
There is so much data out there that can be interpreted as risk signals to govern onchain finance. Why are we still price feed maxis in 2026??
Price is not enough.
A stock trades on different venues at different hours: the primary session, extended hours, overnight venues, and alternative venues through the weekend. Each one prints a price. They are not equally dependable, because volume concentrates in a few hours and thins out everywhere else.
So a lending market needs more than the fair price. It needs to know what is happening under the hood: which session is live, how deep it is, how far the print can be trusted. A liquidation in a thin overnight or weekend market should not carry the same bonus as one at midday.
That is the work we're doing with @chainlink on the price gap problem: working toward dependable pricing at every hour, and risk parameters that respond to the market behind the price.
Managing risk securely and efficiently takes diverse, reliable signals about an asset and its market. Price is only one of them.
