Well, there’s a good reason for this change—I’ve entered the Wahl Benevolent Beards Contest, where the grand prize is $25,000! The winner gets $20,000, and an additional $5,000 goes to the charity of their choice.
I’ve chosen our organization as my charity. If I win, I’ll be donating the entire $20,000 prize back to us so we can purchase more lawn equipment for the kids who complete the 50 Yard Challenge. Donations for lawn equipment have slowed down recently, and this would be a tremendous help, especially since we can buy in bulk when the season ends and everything goes on sale.
