#BoyzoneNoMatterWhat what a vile little man #LouisWalsh is, the exploitation of them all, the complicity of outing Stephen Gately with the scum reporter, absolutely disgusting

Men and women can both be victims of domestic abuse and it’s important to know where to turn for support 🫣
Contact us if you’re a victim of domestic abuse or know of another Muir resident who’s suffering in this way #SafeguardingAdultsWeek #Safeguarding👍

Met Rick Stein today, neither of us look happy about it! Husband took the pic at the totals wrong moment. Lovely man who pops in to his pub the Cornish Arms a few times a week. Also happy to have a photo despite how it looks!
Absolutely fantastic few days in Lisbon, stayed on a boat, watched football in Pink Street and had a blast @NOSAlive2024 watching @PearlJam @NBThieves and @michaelkiwanuka to name a few, but a real highlight was @BlackPumasMusic who totally blew us away!

❌ We NEVER want to see a sign like this ever again. ❌
The next government has the power to make that happen.
They can end the need for food banks.
ALT A sign with two arrows on. One arrow points left and is labelled 'food bank'. The second arrow points right and is labelled 'election'.
What a lovely day to be out and about, chatting to @MuirGroupHA residents 😎

What a day… Trek26 for @alzheimerssoc ✅ the most physically challenging thing I’ve done, but equally the most rewarding! Didn’t get to 26 miles due to event organisers timing out, did get in 24.33 miles, disappointed not to do the full route, but still proud of us #TeamWorthy
It’s great to be on board with @theASBapp and to give customers an easier, smarter, better way to share ASB reports with us
You can now provide anti-social behaviour (ASB) evidence to Muir in a new way that makes things easier, smarter and better 🤩 muir.org.uk/our-latest-news/…
It’s a train 🚂 ✈️ and 🚗 kind of day today. Heading to friends in Dublin, before travelling to Kilkenny tomorrow to see @springsteen #TheBoss #SpringsteenTour2024
Managed just over 21 miles on our longest and last big training walk for @alzheimerssoc #Trek26 today. Lovely scenery and we got to see the cygnets who had been protected so fiercely in the nest last week 😊
Link in comments for anyone kind enough to sponsor me and Chris 🙏🏻
On 1st June, Chris and I are doing #Trek26 Ullswater for @alzheimerssoc a cause very close to me, after losing my beautiful Nana Avis to the cruel disease, years before she passed. She’d have been 100 this year, we’re doing this to mark the occasion. 18 miler boshed today 👊🏻💪🏻
First gig of the year, waiting for @Glen_Hansard at this amazing venue #KingGeorgesHall #Liverpool #GingerMan
@Nat_MuirHA best bit…. We ended up up on the balcony seats overlooking the stage and he spoke to us mid gig! Asked our names. He’s awesome ❤️
