8th Draft of The Gun complete. 1st 11 chapters attached. Chapter 7 had a full re-write. Lots of new stuff added to the rest of the novel. Really pleased with how it's looking. This has been a real labour of love since November. Enjoy! Or not 🙂 drive.google.com/file/d/1Ipn…

My girls did the knee test and confirmed my left knee is hotter than the right. Naproxen 250mg doesn't touch the pain. Co-codamol 15/30mg does but have to be careful with that. Have broken out the frozen peas. Don't even think about criticising my Star Wars jammies 🤔🤣

So he's a JCB driver? 🤔
🚨 PICTURED: Mohmed Abdulkarim, one of the two suspects charged over the RAF Fairford plot He allegedly loaded the three white vans with metal drums containing petrol, water butts and smart dashcams

"I provide information." Exciting stuff. "Decades of thinking critically on behalf of the country and the governments of the day tends to hone such skills." I'm wet just thinking about it. Please, keep going, it's all so damn HOT 🔥
Booker, you don't speak for "the rest of us", you barely speak for yourself. Consider this - is your bedroom dead? Do your kids not talk to you anymore? Work feel flat, shit, and boring? Yeah? You're the single constant in every one of your life's failings. Live with it.

Dropped off a thank you card, fancy cider and fancy chocs to my mechanic. I hid them inside an empty 12 pack of Monster Munch to keep them dry. He will get a laugh out of it I am sure 🤣

Well, 2026 has been a rough year health wise, thanks for asking. Back in New Year, some heavy partying with the Glasgow in-laws, while taking antibiotics for a chest infection left my liver in a bad spot. Then in June my bladder decided it would be cool not to empty, that resulted in a catheter for 10 days. That was loads of fun. DM me for more info. I have photos I can share. Then I got a Baker's cyst in my knee a month ago which ruptured when I lifted the dog. Man alive that hurt like a sonofabitch. The knee settled for a bit but is now really hurting me again, just in a different place. I think I've wrecked my hibiscus miniscus fantasticus. At least, that's what ChatGPT says. ON TOP OF ALL THAT I also have plantar fasciitis in my right heel. But thanks to people like you asking after my welfare, I feel truly loved 🥰 Hope that answered your question sufficiently 👍

“One toilet in the bar and yet everyone was in at the time. It’s just ridiculous. It was a wee bit scary actually. Like a bloody cult.” The words of one of Robert McCartney’s sisters about the wall of silence surrounding her brother’s murder.

Evie is a little anxious this morning. Just enough to stop her eating and to make a hidey hole between my legs. We are becoming her safe space. She is a 3 year old puppy.

Our friends employ around 100 people in Northern Ireland. They’ve stopped employing teenagers as the cost of employing them has increased so much. Better to employ someone with experience than take an expensive chance on someone young.

£13.20? I had no idea. I am so grateful for you pointing this out. Do you hire yourself out as a parrot? You really should.

I went back to Uni when I was 28 to better myself and earn more money. Seems all I had to do was wait until the socialists got into Gov't and I'd be rolling in money just for licking the toilets clean down The Dog and Duck.
🚨 NEW: John Healey will increase the minimum wage for over 21s from £12.71 to around £13.20

I need to watch this.
Murder In Belfast ? I watched this last night & it left me fookin raging 🤬 Here's my thought ... The brutal killing of Robert McCarthy by the IRA, and the extensive cover-up that followed involving republicans, Adams and Sinn Féin, once again highlights Sinn Féin’s utter lack of integrity, unsuitability for high office and disregard for the rule of law. Despite the bar being packed with roughly 70 witnesses, a wall of silence immediately went up. Witness intimidation and the fear of the threat of violence kept many silenced and the deluded institutional loyalty to IRA have robbed the family of Robert and his brave sisters of a justice that is long over-due and those complicit (and there are many) should hang their heads in eternal shame. How people can still support these thugs and bullies is beyond my comprehension, especially ordinary law-abiding Catholics who continue to vote for them and keep them in power - as they use and abuse the GFA for their own selfish needs and twisted political ideology. IMHO Sinn Féin are one of the biggest obstacle for a lasting peace and harmony between our two tribes and tarnishes our relationship with our cousins in the South of Ireland.

Not bad for a Monday dinner. Pork fillet, twice cooked roasties (and some smaller fresh ones), chunky buttery carrots, leftover sprouts and a cider/cream/stock/shallot/garlic/thyme/dijon sauce. £3.99 for the amazing pork fillet which fed 3 of us and some left over for doggys.
