Here we go again, the thread no-one asked for - my take on the 2024/25 Derby County numbers.... #DCFC

This cannot continue. This isn't just bad, it's a fucking disgrace. The team is disjointed, uncoached, unprepared. Yet again.
Manager, CEO and Senior Medical Staff need to go tonight or we are as good as relegated.

The problems run deep at #DCFC. Today was yet another abysmal performance and result.
This can't continue. After the dark days, the club should be moving forward. At the moment we're way off where we'd want to be.
For me, there are three areas of concern.

David Clowes will forever be a club legend for what he's done. I prepare and audit accounts for a living, I can see how much he's put in from his own business, his own money effectively, not only to rescue the club but also to try and bring back the good times. But....
This isn't some bad luck streak.
There is a huge problem with the medical/fitness team at the club. This ridiculous level of injuries has persisted for far too long now.
Surely the club are investigating?

And the injury issues keep mounting. Still. It is NOT bad luck, this has been going on for well over a season.
What is being done to investigate and understand the underlying problems? What has been found?
Our entire back five are out injured. That's catastrophic failure.
Stephen Pearce is the CEO. Real leaders come out and speak when times are hard, as well as celebrating the successes.
So @dcfcofficial, will the CEO show us what real leadership looks like, and answer these questions, and others that the fans have?

Is he happy to reassess the transfer window he was so happy to discuss after deadline day?
Ozoh and Clark are clearly good signings. But a lot of the others are starting to look like players noone else wanted.
On injuries - if theres any truth in what was mentioned the other week about high injury levels following that guy around, the press should be piling huge pressure on the club, pointing this out and asking whether there's a concern there.

Piss poor this. Absolutely no midfield. Woeful goalkeeping for the first. Where are the goals coming from?

Tell you what though - Ozoh is absolutely immense.
Get him and Clark firing in this side and we're a different prospect.
Frustrating that we're still behind though.

Concerning that Eustace is doing so poorly with what is not a dreadful squad. And he seems to resist playing certain players.
However it's shambolic from recruitment not to bring in wingers which we have desperately needed. We will get scraps at this stage, at best.
