It exists, the Institute for Parliamentary Studies and Training (iPST). Wether attendance is compulsory to qualify for office is another conversation. It's opposite the Multi Choice head office.

I think Zambia needs an institute dedicated to training MPs, ministers and local government leaders, just like we have ZIALE for lawyers and ZIDIS for diplomats.
