UCLA quantum physicist @PrinehaN says DARPA just advanced 4 quantum computing companies to its final stage, signaling that the science is solved and now they just have to build it:

Xahau is getting *on-chain manifests*. A technical feature that helps keep the network robustly decentralized. Rather than having validators "gossip" their manifests between nodes haphazardly, which can lead to spam and/or poor coverage, manifests are treated as signed txns 1/
