I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I think what happened with Luka and the Mavs is obvious and Nico is the scapegoat. Luka being gifted to LA without being shopped is insane and if(when lol) Dallas wins the draft lottery for Flagg, all suspicions will be confirmed.

Lets be honest, most engineers are producing these artist in sessions. I also feel like the terminology in music is starting to get misconstrued and semantics are at play when credit is coming due for records.

On that note, sometimes not having the actual producer in the session for a particular sound makes a song feel flat. I remember Jon B saying he was irritated about just having his stuff be sampled instead of having him come in and produce a record. Its just sounds different.
