Added NoGraphicsAPI hardware support chart. Nvidia = RTX 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 AMD = RDNA2 (*), RDNA3, RDNA4 RDNA2 windows driver is missing new Vulkan extensions. Steam Deck (Linux) has all needed extensions. Hopefully AMD updates RDNA2 Win driver. github.com/sebbbi/NoGraphics…
