Sometimes you take your time. Sometimes time is taken from you. Don’t take your time for granted. Love today 🤍.

A proper goal is something that you really need to achieve. Desires are things that you want that can prevent you from reaching your goals. Typically, desires are first-order consequences. For example, your goal might be physical fitness, while your desire is to eat good-tasting but unhealthy food. Don't get me wrong, if you want to be a couch potato, that's fine with me. You can pursue whatever goals you want. But if you don't want to be a couch potato, then you better not open that bag of chips. #principleoftheday

Super proud to attend a few fam & friends’ PhD defenses this year. It struck me how much PhD research is public-good by design — published openly, often publicly funded — yet later privatized by companies that patent downstream products (e.g. pharma). Patents make sense sometimes: translating research into products takes real capital. But it does feel misaligned that original researchers rarely share in the upside.. This feels like a perfect blockchain use case: – provable attribution – transparent contribution tracking – retroactive rewards when value is created Align incentives. Fund science. Keep innovation competitive.. Is anyone building this?

In crypto, we rely on smart contracts to make things happen automatically - but at the end of the day, doing business still comes down to relationships. And that human element can’t be beat virtually.. Just came back from OutEast. Truly a fantastic event by @TheTieIO with a curated guest list of 300 institutional digital asset leaders, held at a private vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island. From fireside chats and panels to roundtables, wine tastings, and dinners - it created the perfect environment to connect in a much more organic way, in an East Coast summer setting. @Joshua_Frank_ and his team outdid themselves. Thank you for having us! Great reconnecting with both new and familiar faces across the space🫶

Alts looking chic. First BTC at an ATH, now handBAGS. Jane Birkin’s personal Birkin just sold for $10.1M at @Sothebys. “Bags and sats — we need to hold both, babe.”
In the #SothebysParis sale room just now, Jane Birkin’s Original Hermès Birkin sold for €8.6 million / $10.1 million after more than 10 minutes of heated bidding, making it the most valuable handbag ever sold at auction.

👉A great breakdown from @chuk_xyz on how the onchain fintech stack is taking shape, in this case @stripe's. Stablecoins are real — and the use cases are here. But institutions still need a secure layer to define and run financial logic — things like who can access funds, when transactions trigger, and how compliance or permissions are defined and enforced. That’s where Prividium, built on @zksync, fits in. It doesn’t just enforce logic — it gives institutions the agency to define the rules themselves, necessary to launch real financial products onchain — with control, compliance, and confidence. Here’s how the full Fintech 3.0 stack comes together👇 🧵

Prividium offers web3 security with web2 privacy. Web3 security: chain is validated by Ethereum L1 w/ zk validity proofs, also offering censorship resistance (via L1 forced inbox) and self custody. Web2 privacy: all data is private to external observers and only visible to the chain operator. RPCs are only visible to authenticated users. This is probably the best approach to bring crypto w/ privacy to the masses in the short term, until we sort out decentralized or committee-based data custody.
1/ Introducing ZKsync Prividium: an enterprise-grade blockchain platform for secure, compliant onchain finance. Private. Permissioned. Anchored to Ethereum. In use by @Memento_Bc: an institutional entry point to the Elastic Network designed for compliant asset origination. 🧵

GM! @zksync featured as “The Private Credit Powerhouse” in @RWA_xyz @redstone_defi @gauntlet_xyz's must-read deep-dive on the RWA landscape 🔥. Knowing how hard our partners like @tradable_xyz — and our own team — have been working to build for onchain finance, it’s rewarding to see this kind of recognition🫶. The report’s packed with insights. Great work by the teams behind this! Full read: blog.redstone.finance/2025/0…
