We will all be learning in coming weeks & months, that most human-made software:
▫️ Was really slow
▫️ Had many security vulnerabilities
▫️ Was under-specified and incorrect
AI will rewrite it all. Many times. It will make it fast, cost-efficient, and secure. It will think about failure modes we couldn't wrap our heads around.
It will prove, formally verify, load test, harden. It will turn memory-unsafe foundations into robust, optimized ones. If you ask, it'll thoroughly document it, teach you about it, make diagrams, animations, and slide decks.
In many ways, we are witnessing the true birth of software engineering.

Your old laptop could be someone’s first.
Your old phone, someone’s dream.
What you no longer need could mean everything to someone else. 💛
Give it a second life on For You.

“Pay first.”
“Send the item first.”
The longest standoff in Ghanaian online shopping. 🤠😂
We’re putting an end to it.
No more standoffs. Just safer deals. 💗

Buyer doesn’t trust seller. Seller doesn’t trust buyer.
And just like that, another sale dies.
This is one of the biggest problems we’re trying to solve with For You.
No more standoffs.

Sometimes, what we’re no longer using is exactly what someone else is looking for.
That’s another part of what we’re building with For You.
Your old thing could be someone’s first. 💛
Pass it on.

One feature I really love about what we’re building at For You is Requests.
Instead of searching endlessly, just tell sellers what you need and your budget.
And if you’ve got something to sell, there’s a place for you too.

Vendors you deserve better than managing an entire business through DMs.
We built For You so you can set up shop, post your products, go live and get paid.
Here’s what selling on For You looks like. 🇬🇭
We all know a guy who knows a guy in Accra. 😂
We’re building the guy you can actually trust.
Meet For You. 💗

We’ve spent months building this, and it’s finally live. 🇬🇭
For You brings shopping, selling, live commerce, and secure payments into one app.
Here’s a quick look at what we’ve built.
Would love for you to give it a try! ❤️
