Dr. Gill owns at least 15 (& as many as 30) rental units in Vancouver. Plan A “manages” most of her rental units and she tries to boost Plan A’s poor reputation with misleading reviews. Earlier this year Gill joined Majithia in a since-banned “landlord use” eviction @UBCmedicine

Plan A and Majithia have ramped up surveillance, placed hidden cameras, hired private detectives and dug through private chat groups to find dirt and try to evict tenants. But the Park Beach Tenants Collective is fighting back and has never been stronger.
