Practice for progression is a big part of what I do in sports and one of my main focuses for my senior year. Entered winter break at 38.36/300m and after two weeks of work and dedication, I was able to drop a 37.78/300m which is right off my PR at midseason.

Major thank you to the coaching staff and players of @RMCfootball for making this official visit a memorable and meaningful experience. @CoachKyleMoore

Huge thank you to @CoachKyleMoore at @RMCfootball for inviting me out to see Randolph-Macon in action this past Saturday. A small college, but a true brotherhood team and institute with a lot to offer on and off the field.🙌🏾 #gojackets
Thank you @coachtyler34 for the amazing opportunity to experience a HBCU homecoming game. Loved seeing the campus and learning what it means/takes to be a HU Pirate. #TherealHU #visit

Once again had a great game keeping the pressure since the start final score was 64-8! They weren’t able to stop the run at all. Props to @YaDavis_M breaking the school record for most TDs in one game! @dallascap56 @CoachCJRice @ColganFootball @coach_white hudl.com/v/2SfbE4
