Gotta love it.
90 minutes a day, everyday. Of pure focus.
I try to hit 8 hours a day now of YouTube work, but this 90 minute pure focus of getting one thing done to move the needle is a life cheat code.
Looking to hire a youtube strategist in the gaming space. Anyone know of someone legit?
AVD, trends, thumbnails, Story telling. script etc. The works.
Ultimately it comes down to us figuring it out ourselves, which is probably the best way. But doesnt hurt to ask a "expert"?

20 years ago I met xAoDx Nick in a @GearsofWar lobby on @Xbox Live. Yesterday I was blessed enough to baptize his son into the Greek Orthodox Church. Life is beautiful
20 years as teammates, rivals, friends, and now lifelong family as Koumbari 🙏
The most family-oriented and authentic person I know. You’ll never meet someone more committed to his wife and family - and this weekend full of laughter and great conversations only cemented that
Brothers til the end - you’re stuck with me now my boy! Cheers to a lifetime of more memories @NICKMERCS
No days off 🙅♂️

Wouldn’t be in the gym and have the drive for success if it wasn’t for them.
It’s impossible to beat a man that never gives up.
It is a quote that has stuck with me since I started running in 2015.
No matter how bad or hard it gets. I just keep showing up in the gym.
Now apply this to anything you’re going for in life.

You’re tired. You’re stressed. You’re trying. But don’t ever give up. Lock in, stay focused, you got this.

wow… where do I even begin to explain how grateful and thankful I am for this life changing experience and life changing opportunity I can’t thank everyone enough that was involved seriously🙏.
I cannot believe I spent 6 months off the face of the earth to lose 100 pounds better myself in ways I couldn’t imagine discover things about Majd that I never knew existed and so much more.
The friendship the mentorship the fellowship the family gatherings feeling the highest of highs and the lowest of lows I wouldn’t change a thing❤️ Coach Tyler Wall made everything in my journey possible he helped unlock the Majd you see standing in front of you today the way he held himself the way he showed up every single day not only for me but for himself and everyone around him.
I love you Coach Wall the time we spent together are times I will cherish for the rest of my life the things you taught me are applicable to all aspects of my life.
The one thing that will always stick with me is that “it’s so cool that we get to do this together” and to not have you physically here with me celebrating this moment celebrating this accomplishment in my life really hurts more than you can imagine.
Be intentional and purposeful with your training be mindful of what you put in your body show up and enjoy the process ❤️🙏
thank you Jimmy for this life changing opportunity and thank you Coach Wall @mrbeast
The Journey Has Just Begun 💪
Seeing people around my age die so young of cancer is a bit alarming.
A colleague I met in the fitness industry randomly passed out and had a seizure last month on the gym floor.
Rushed to the hospital, scan, brain cancer stage 4. Surgery, doing treatments.
5 years to live.

Become obsessed with family, fitness & finance, and the life you want will be yours for the taking. Everything else is a distraction.
11 dips today. Was at 5 a month ago. Cooked my shoulder last year and haven’t done em since.
Keep pushing.
A few people dm me how I did this.
I went to go run 1 mile after playing comp FN straight for 1 year.
I could barley make it to the pull up bars.
I said I need to change.
And every day, without hesitation. I trained.
Snow? I Ran.
Cold? I ran.
Rain? I ran.
