Two seasons ago, Chris Kavanagh watched Doku raise his boot into Mac Allister in the box, waved away the penalty, and showed no card. But Gravenberch gets the softest contact and he’s quick to send him off. Make it make sense.
@premierleague INVESTIGATE THIS REFEREE NOW!!!

The Liverpool hierarchy sacked Slot & appointed Iraola as they felt they’d assembled top players who were managed poorly.
In these early weeks under Iraola it’s now evident that is not the case.
He’s been left a mish mash of a squad he will need to fix.

We genuinely looked more solid with Nyoni and McConnell instead of Szobo and Grav...
Our last decade of success was focussed on the worlds best full back duo, that’s now replaced with Milos Kerkez & Jeremie Frimpong.
Slot, Iraola, Or Even Klopp won’t make that magic! They are absolutely awful the pair of them! #lfc

Prime Minister, all due respect, can you stop wasting your time and ours with these cringe videos and tell us how you’re going to stimulate economic growth whilst also paying for all the things you’ve been promising? Thanks.

Won us the league. Handled the Jota tragedy with immaculate humanity and connection. Just because the footy was a bit rough people were saying absolutely abhorrent things about him. Will be a legend forever and rightfully should stay on the banner on the kop

Gave us the best day of our lives and helped carry the club through the most difficult of circumstances. Undermined and abandoned by the ‘fans’ in the end despite his circumstances. He deserved more support and I will forever be grateful for all he did!

Hopefully our new manager takes training for 17 hours a day, never goes on holiday, doesn’t ever go for a scran with his family, lives in the centre of Kenny, gets the 10A to training and wears 110’s (Neon’s only)

Am I the only one not feeling confident about Andoni Iraola going to @LFC ?
His stats are nowhere near Arne Slot’s, and while I don’t want Slot back either, I still don’t see what’s so special about Iraola.
Win rates:2024/25
Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth): 39.5%
Arne Slot (Liverpool): 67.9%
2025/26 Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth): 35%
Arne Slot (Liverpool): 52.8%
History also shows that Premier League managers coming from smaller clubs to big teams have rarely succeeded in recent times.
What am I missing?
He won the league, got to Wembley and then qualified for champions league in unprecedented circumstances.
This will be a regret next season for sure especially with a manager who’s won the Cypriat super up.
Slots got the brunt of poor recruitment this season and a player death.
The fan base have given him 0% this season because he’s not like “Klopp” but Iraola will be?
Robbo & Bradley interviews highlight the challenges this season yet It’s on Slot?
He replaced Klopp…

We’ve all slated him, but Arne Slot genuinely seems like a good guy.
The way he handled something so unprecedented like the Jota situation was unbelievably classy and he represented us well during that period. Was the right time, but hopefully he lands on his feet elsewhere.

Not sold on Iraola can't be sacking a Premier league winning manager and bringing in someone who's biggest achievement in football management is top half with Bournemouth. Not convinced.
I think Anfield needs to start moving with the times. It’s falling far short of standards in terms of Atmosphere, production and match day entertainment. You look at the Emirates, Villa park and Even the Etihad. We have 5 flags on the kop. Villa have tifos, flames the lot

Slot can't win can he. Loads saying that it's terrible he wasnt on the pitch with the players yesterday, but the same people would have said he was making it all about himself if he was. He's let Mo and Robbo have the spotlight fully, I don't think that's a bad thing personally

Former Netherlands international Jan Everse, who managed Slot at PEC Zwolle: “The worst thing that can happen is that they fire him. But they would be very stupid.
“Slot came in and he became champion. Everybody was happy. And now one player is not satisfied because he’s played bad.
“You will now see them competing for the title again.”
