Rain outside, favourite food inside & my favourite people beside me. This is what happiness looks like. ❤️
Sometimes I suddenly feel anxious for no reason. Everything is perfectly fine around me but something inside just doesn't feel right. My mind starts racing I feel restless & even the smallest things seem overwhelming. The strange part is that I can't even explain what I'm worried about. I just sit there, trying to understand my own feelings. It's honestly exhausting when your mind refuses to feel at peace, even when life seems normal. Have you ever experienced this too?
He spent 20 years searching for the man who ruined his life.
He blamed everyone. Trusted no one. Lost everything along the way.
And then one day, he finally found him.
It was him. The younger version of himself. 💔
Something I've noticed about today's younger generation - many seem much happier alone with their phones than sitting with people & having a real conversation.
I don't know if it's just my observation but it feels like we're slowly getting more comfortable in our virtual world than in the real one.
Do you think this generation genuinely enjoys being alone with their phones, or has social media slowly changed the way they connect with others?
Have you noticed the same thing? And what do you think is the reason behind it?
One thing that really worries me about today's youth is how much social media is affecting their minds.
People spend hours scrolling comparing their lives with others & worrying about things that don't even matter. They see someone else's happiness, money, looks & success and suddenly feel like their own life isn't good enough.
We've become so busy watching other people's lives that we're forgetting to live our own.
Social media isn't bad but too much of it can slowly change the way we think and feel. Sometimes we need to put our phones down, spend time with our families nd enjoy the little things in life.
Not everything you see online is real and not everything real needs to be posted online. ❤️
Family should be the place where we feel supported not judged.
These days everyone is dealing with something we may know nothing about.. Sometimes a simple phone call a few kind words or just being there for each other can make a difficult day feel a little easier.
We don't always need to agree with each other but we should never forget to care for each other.
Life is already hard enough outside the home. Family should be the place where we find peace, understanding & support, not another reason to feel alone. ❤️
It's my brother's birthday today 🎂❤️
So I made this with my own hands, loaded it with pure khoya, almonds, cashews, cherries & dates - all his favorite things in one box!
It's not just tasty it's actually healthy too. No artificial colors no extra sugar like shop sweets. Just natural dry fruits full of protein & energy. Good for brain, heart and perfect for a natural sweet kick.
Nothing beats homemade food made with love especially when it's for your brother.
Happy Birthday to the best brother! 🎊
Would you try a bite? 😋 Tell me which topping is your favorite almond cashew or cherry?
Pregnancy is not just about a growing baby. It’s also about a girl going through changes she may not even know how to explain.
In early pregnancy, there can be fear, confusion, mood swings & so many unanswered questions. By late pregnancy, the physical exhaustion, anxiety, & anticipation can feel overwhelming.
Sometimes she doesn’t need advice or someone telling her to be strong. She just needs someone to listen, understand her mood, hold her hand n remind her that she’s not alone.
A pregnant woman needs emotional support just as much as physical care. A little patience, kindness, & reassurance from her partner and family can mean more than they realize. ❤️
Where the weak become strong and the strong become unstoppable. You don't find willpower, you build it.
One thing I’ve realized is that not everyone who talks to you cares about you, and not everyone who stays quiet has bad intentions. These days, I pay more attention to actions than words. It saves a lot of disappointment.
Sometimes I feel like I should have figured everything out by now. Then I remember that life isn’t a race, and not every chapter is meant to look successful from the outside.
Some days, simply getting through the day is progress. Some days, choosing peace over pressure is growth.
I’m learning to be kinder to myself, trust my own timing, and stop treating someone else’s journey as a measure of my own.
I may not be where I want to be yet, but I’m no longer where I used to be. And honestly, that counts for something. 🤍
Didn't expect much but this blueberry cheesecake literally made my day. It was so soft and creamy and the blueberry just melted. One of the best I've had in a long time.
Is it true that these days some younger guys are becoming more interested in older women? Because honestly I’ve seen this happen myself. I’ve personally noticed guys showing interest in women much older than them & it made me curious about what attracts them.
Is it the maturity, the confidence, the way older women understand emotions or simply the fact that they offer something different from girls their own age? I’m genuinely curious to hear real opinions & personal experiences. Have you noticed this too, & what do you think is the actual reason behind it?
What you say @grok ?
Nobody notices when you're always there.
They notice when you stop.
When you're the one who always texts first, always checks in, always available they take it for granted.
But the day you get tired and pull back a little?
Suddenly you're the one who "changed."
No, I didn't change.
I just stopped begging to be valued.
I stopped putting in 100% where I was only getting 10% back.
And honestly? That distance taught me more than years of friendship ever did. It showed me who was actually there, and who was just there because I was convenient.
If you've ever felt this, you're not alone.
