Most funds asking us about tokenisation aren't ready to tokenise. That's not a criticism - it's a sequencing problem.
Readiness is three questions: is the strategy suited to on-chain settlement, is your distribution actually constrained today, and can your ops absorb a new custody model.
Get those wrong and the smart contract is the least of your worries.
