There is no such thing as a perfect gay relationship because there is no such thing as a perfect people. The moment you decide to make a man your better half, you need to be prepared to tolerate their excesses.

The gay community talks alot about acceptance, but some gay men will reject another gay man for being too feminine, too short, too old, too soft or simply not attractive enough for them.

I met a guy on Tinder, we became close and eventually became bf. We were both verse, bt he enjoyed toping more, so I was happy to explore the other side with him. Our relationship was swt, and we genuinely enjoyed our intimate life together. Then 3yrs ago I developed complications from piles and could no longer have sex comfortably. It devastated me because my boyf had a high libido and I was scared this would affect our relationship. However, instead of supporting me, he started acting strangely. He became distant and made the relationship increasingly difficult, as though my inability to have sex was a problem I was deliberately creating. Eventually, he broke up with me when I needed him the most. I later consulted a doctor who advised me to take about two months off sex to allow my condition to improve before resuming, depending on my recovery. All I needed was time to heal. We could have found other ways to be intimate and enjoyed each other company while I recovered. But he could not wait. 3yrs later, that experience still hurts. I was not even rejecting him I was dealing with a health problem I could not control 😭 Sometimes, the hardest part of being sick is not the illness itself. It is discovering that the person you thought would stand by you does not want to stay when things get difficult.

How do you see something this beautiful and term it a menace? All we ever wanted is to live freely like THIS and not being constantly questioned, condemned or treated like a script of argument.

Dear gay men, sxual compatibility matters. But if sx is the only thing keeping your relationship alive, you might simply be confusing chemistry with connection.

My ex infected me with gonorrhea and syphilis last year, and I never saw it coming. We were sexually active, supposedly exclusive, and I trusted him completely. One morning, I noticed some worrying symptoms, went to the hospital, and tested positive for both infections. I was confused because he was the only person I had been intimate with. When I confronted him, he said something must have triggered it. I asked him to get tested, and he tested positive for both too. But what I discovered afterward made everything worse I eventually discovered that my boyfriend had been cheating on me with multiple people while promising me exclusivity. Suddenly, all his excuses made sense. What hurt most was not just the infections story, It was realizing that someone I trusted with my health had put it at risk behind my back. I ended the relationship, got treatment, and learned the hard way that you can be faithful to someone and still pay the price for their betrayal.

It pisses me off that the world still treats GAY men as some sort of political debating points every growing year. We are emotionally, mentally, socially and physically exhausted. GAY men are not asking the world for special rights, we are demanding we be treated fairly as every other human on this planet. We are not a disease that needs a cure or a cancer that needs cutting off. We are human beings and we have our rights.

In a fictional history book, Peter and Paul were two young roommates who shared a bunker during the war. They ate together, slept beside each other, and wrote letters whenever they were separated. When Peter eventually died, Paul never married or fell in love again. He kept their photographs until his final days. But according to the historians, they were simply two very close friends. 😭😂

THIS IS A WAKE UP CALL FOR GAY MEN WHO CONFUSE MASCULINITY WITH SUPERIORITY Every gay man can desire masculinity without treating feminity as Inferior. You can have a preference without turning it into an insult. Being masculine doesn't make you better, and being feminine doesn't make another gay man less of a man. Preference is personal; respect should be universal.

We want a world where it will be normal for gay men to casually hold hands in the street WITHOUT looking backwards or sideways only to confirm who is watching.

The Brazilian newly re-elected president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has made history once again by winning for the 4th term. A president who is a strong LGBTQ+ ally is all we need for the world to make a positive shift in humanity generally. Congratulations to all my Brazilian LGBTQ+ brothers, this is a win for all of us. 🇧🇷 🌈

My boyfriend says he loves me, but he refuses to be seen with me in public. 😭 We've been dating for eight months, and everything is perfect when we're alone. He takes me on dates, buys me gifts, and calls me every night. But outside? He acts like we're strangers. Interestingly

Whenever I ask why, he says he's not ready for people to know about his sexuality. I respect that, but I'm starting to feel like a secret rather than a boyfriend. Am I being selfish for wanting to be acknowledged, or should I give him more time?
