@alexandr_wang Multiple users (myself included) are experiencing a recurring, account-specific failure where Muse remains stuck on “Connecting…” indefinitely and never loads. Symptoms • Muse shows “Connecting…” (or “Warming up”) and never progresses. • Happens on both the iOS/Android app and web (muse.ai). • Account-specific: Other Muse accounts on the exact same device, browser, and network connect and work normally. • In some cases the iOS app also reports “Storage full.” Attempting to delete files causes it to flip back to “Reconnecting” and hang. • Browser console sometimes shows errors related to gateway/admission or transport (e.g. “Gateway application transport blocked before admission”). • Session endpoints and WebSocket handshake can succeed, but the session never fully completes on the server side. Duration & Scope • Some accounts have been stuck for hours; others for multiple days. • This is not a one-off. Multiple independent users have reported the exact same behavior in the last 48–72 hours (and similar reports going back weeks). • Not a global outage — many accounts continue to work fine. What has already been tried (with no success) • Force-closing and reopening the app • Hard refresh / different browsers (including Firefox and incognito) • Clearing site data and cache • Different networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPN on/off) • Waiting extended periods (well beyond the normal 1–2 minute cloud computer boot time) Likely root cause This appears to be related to the per-user Muse Secure VM / cloud computer failing to fully initialize or getting stuck in a bad session state for specific accounts. Storage pressure on the individual VM may also be a contributing factor in some cases. Because the issue is strictly account-specific and survives all local client-side troubleshooting, it almost certainly requires a backend intervention (session/VM reset or recovery for the affected accounts). Request Could the team please investigate and reset the stuck sessions/VMs for affected accounts? This is currently blocking users from accessing their Muse, files, and ongoing work.
