They basically build falsified cases. It then gets given to the HAWKS (Gopz Govender). From there the NPA (Shamila Batohi) gets to do the malicious prosecutions. Mind you, even the people being prosecuted don't even know the charges at this point; they only get to hear about them in court; because they wouldn't have committed those crimes. It's that BAD. This is what abuse of state power, treason and violation of the law by the state looks like....you just can't describe it. Its the worse human rights violations in history. Gets done by a country that claims to respect international laws and constitution. We just want to know so you understand why innocent people are languishing in prisons.
