I've been funded before, and I've also failed Phase 2 several times. I've literally sat myself down to identify my vulnerabilities during Phase 2, and I think I finally understand why. I also believe I'm not the only trader who has experienced this.
I don't think "Phase 2 mentality" gets talked about enough in prop firm trading from my experience, passing Phase 1 can literally mess with your psychology because suddenly, you're one step away from the finish line (It creates a false sense of proximity to the finish line) and also cos you think phase was an 8% target and phase 2 is a 5% target ,you could easily pass phase 2 in less time as well . You start thinking about the target instead of the next trade. You stop focusing on executing your model and start thinking about passing then even a normal loss starts feeling more painful because you think "I'm getting further away from passing". Trust me ,I've been there !!
And then the next thing you know, you're forcing trades, seeking too much LTF confirmation, or trying to recover drawdown. The moment that drawdown begins, your mentality can shift from: EXECUTION ➡️ RECOVERY You start taking setups you wouldn't normally take, waiting for extra confirmations because you're afraid to lose, increasing risk amount cos you feel its an A+ setup . Eventually, you're no longer trading your model. you're trading the challenge.
I've failed Phase 2 several times, and I've experienced this firsthand and i must say the irony is that Phase 2 requires you to behave like you haven't passed Phase 1 at all:
🔹️Same patience.
🔹️Same risk approach.
🔹️Same process.
Because I think the hardest part isn't always finding an edge but Sometimes it's having the discipline to trade Phase 2 like you're NOT one step away from the finish line fr!!!

Your analysis can be 100% correct, but if your risk management is garbage, you're still going to blow the account...
Hello November! !✨
A new month, another opportunity to become better than the person i was yesterday.
This month, I'm choosing:
• Discipline over motivation
• Consistency over temporary excitement
• Learning over pretending to know it all
• Progress over comparison
• Patience over rushing results
• Execution over endless planning
Whether it's trading, cybersecurity or personal development, the goal remains the same for me which is get better at the process one day at a time✌️.
No unnecessary pressure to have everything figured out at once . Just showing up, putting in the work, learning from mistakes and staying committed to the bigger picture💯
Here's a month of intentional growth, better decisions and meaningful progress.
Happy New Month frens! 🥂❤️

July 2026 – August 2026 really taught me the importance of patience especially in trading.
I learned the hard way that lack of patience can mess up your entire process😟 and one thing that period taught me is that not every opportunity deserves your attention nor action.
In trading, patience means waiting for your setup instead of forcing an entry simply because you want to make money. It means respecting your trading plan even when the market isn't offering you anything !!
In cybersecurity, patience means investigating a problem properly instead of jumping to conclusions without understanding the available evidence. you don't just assume;
🔹️you investigate
🔹️ Analyse and
🔹️verify
And i noticed something as well both fields have something in common:
🔹️Rushing decisions can lead to costly mistakes.
🔹️Understanding the process matters more than chasing quick results.
🔹️Sometimes doing nothing is actually the smartest decision.
🔹️ You must learn to separate genuine opportunities from distractions..
Lack of patience has cost me funded accounts and money in trading that I had no option but to sit down, reflect and work on fixing the underlying issues.
And that's one lesson I'm taking forward:
Wait ▫️Observe ▫️Understand▫️Then act.
Patience isn't weakness, neither is it inactivity rather it's knowing when to; 🔹️act
🔹️when not to act and
🔹️having the discipline to respect the difference!!!!
It's also part of mastering your craft ✨🫴
🔹️Control your ego when you're winning.
🔹️Master your mind when you're losing.
🔹️Stay disciplined when emotions tempt you to break your rules.
🔹️Stay patient when the results aren't coming.
🔹️Stay curious when you think you know enough.
🔹️Question assumptions before making decisions.
🔹️Learn from every mistake instead of repeating it.
🔹️Never let overconfidence make you careless.
In trading and cybersecurity, technical skills matters but discipline and a willingness to keep learning is what set you apart 💯🫴
Happy weekend!!! Leave that laptop and go touch some grass today 🔥✨️

Crypto Market Check Update 📊✅
Mild red day across large cap crypto. Bitcoin sits near $77k with ~59% dominance; Fear & Greed is in Fear. The market is consolidating well below earlier highs.
The main driver is the Oct 29 Binance hack (~$6.3B stolen in ~20–30 minutes, the largest crypto theft on record, linked to North Korean hackers). It sparked liquidations, a sharp sentiment drop, and broad pressure. Binance has pledged full coverage of losses.
Selective strength persists in ZEC (privacy narrative, still top-10 after a strong 2026) and HYPE, with LINK and BCH also holding up better than the majors. Overall: cautious, hack driven consolidation.

CZ on the Binance hack:
Rough math: $6.xB hack $3B frozen $1.xB SAFU
Gap ~$2B. We have $1.xB in SPCX alone. Remaining gap is (still painful, but) manageable.”
Largest crypto heist ever. CZ (no longer CEO) is still stepping up as a shareholder, saying users will be made whole. Withdrawals paused, deposits open, investigation ongoing.
Classic funds are SAFUenergy under extreme pressure.
One thing trading and cybersecurity are teaching me is the importance of thinking for yourself 😂😂 honestly.
In trading, blindly following someone's bias without understanding the chart can cost you your money !!
In cybersecurity, blindly running commands without understanding what they do can create problems you don't know how to solve.
Learn from others but don't outsource your thinking ooo
▫️Ask questions
▫️Understand the reasoning
▫️Test what you learn
▫️Build your own judgment
The goal isn't just to know what to do rather it's to understand WHY you're doing it.
And that's where real growth begins🔥
Happy weekend and keep building frens✨️

Beyond all the noise on social media, the comparisons, the competition and everything else that comes with the trading space, I hope you never forget why you started in the first place ??
We all got into trading for one reason.
To build better lives for ourselves.
To become financially independent, take care of our families, afford the things we once dreamed of and create opportunities that weren’t available to us before.
Deep down, everyone just wants to get it right.
Trust me, I know this.
Nobody started this journey hoping to spend years struggling, losing money or questioning whether things would ever work out.
And sometimes, with everything happening around us, it’s easy to lose sight of that original dream.
I genuinely hope that someday, all the hours you’ve spent studying, the sacrifices you’ve made and the effort you’ve put into becoming a better trader finally pay off.
I hope this skill gives you the life you once imagined when you first discovered it.
There’s enough room for all of us to succeed.
I’m rooting for everyone. 💜
