Some B2B “brand-first” websites are actually ego-first websites.
If your homepage mainly talks about what you’ve achieved, who you’ve served, and how good you are, you may be overlooking what the customer needs.
First lead with their problem, then show why you can solve it.

I positioned the customer benefit in the hero: “Built to Lead, Designed to Last.” I also made the site fully responsive, giving users a consistent experience across screens.
Sometimes, your website might be failing at conversions because it lacks trust indicators
Depending on your business, some key indicators you could add to your website are:
- business stats/achievements
- testimonials
- partners/clients worked with
- no. of customers.
