This is unrelated to Coachella. At a gig in London a band member displayed a Hezbollah flag shouting 'up Hamas, up Hezbollah'.
Hamas and Hezbollah are proscribed in the UK. It is an offence to express "an opinion or belief that is supportive of a proscribed organisation".

OP is correct, there are Jewish courts in the UK, known as the Beth Din. They arbitrate civil matters in the Jewish community. They act as arbitration bodies under the UK's Arbitration Act 1996, and their rulings are legally recognized if both parties agree to it.
