Since September 28, 2026 I have filled 3 compliants that have been unanswered by @PCFinancial ... Which have led to no response. PC financial refuses to resolve an issues caused by their own customer service. @FCACan can you please help? It's messing with my credit!

So I reported over a month ago the inaccurate resting heart rate reading when using both a Google Pixel Watch 4 and the Fitbit Air in the same account. I use the Fitbit Air for sleep tracking and home exercises and the Pixel Watch 4 when out and about.
However, I cannot get an accurate resting heart rate reading because of the device switching during the day. I have reported the issue using the feedback option on the Google Health app, but after numerous updates no fix has come through. If it can't be done, wouldn't you agree
I need to understand why Google hides these apps on my pixel phone under a whole different Service System, if you don't know where to look, they won't automatically update on the Play Store, like regular apps..
For the last 2-3 weeks @VirginPlusCare , this is an ongoing issue here in Milton, ON. WTF

Fun fact: Google advertises the Fitbit Air and Google Pixel Watch 4 can work under the same Google Health account/app. What it cannot do however is get the resting heart rate correctly when switching between the two on a day to day base. @madebygoogle
Pixel Watch 4 user here. This unexplainable resting heart rate is the result of using a Pixel Watch 4 - 45 mm during the day and a Fitbit Air in the evening/night for sleep. Clearly they are not communicating with each other well. Let's see how long this takes to be solved!
One of the things I use to love about @VirginPlus /@VirginPlusCare was the ability to call them and speak to a live agent right away. I called today because I am being forced to switch from credit payment to Pre-authorized debit, but I had to have my call rescheduled by AI 馃様
Received a notification from my @VirginPlus app today to advise that if I don't switch from my Visa Pre-authorized monthly payments by June 10 to Debit Pre-authorized monthly payments I would lose my $10 per line discount. 馃檭
