🚨🔵 Xabi Alonso is changing how the world and players sees Chelsea. A few months ago, a player of Alex Scott's level would have thought twice about Stamford Bridge. Now Bournemouth are scrambling to get him to sign a new deal he still hasn't agreed to, with Bournemouth owner coming out to say it would be hard to keep him when players think Chelsea is the right place to be as a player looking to have a successful career. That tells you something. Players are looking at this project and seeing a manager with a clear identity, a squad that's starting to play with real purpose, and a club heading somewhere after some rough years. Elite talent that wouldn't have taken the call on a normal day is now taking it because of one man. Nothing's done yet, and Bournemouth won't make it easy. But the direction is hard to ignore.
