Our lovely Ella. No commands needed just always by my side. Mother of 14 Police dogs from her 2 litters. Now proud mum of PD Gus 2nd and PD Goose 7th in this years National Police dog trials. In her 10th year this will probably be her last appearance at the Devon County show.❤️

Couldn’t be prouder. We all shed a tear - and it was an absolute privilege to award this epic team the 2026 NFRSA Endeavour Trophy.
Congratulations to PC John Warren and PD Albert. Worthy winners.

Still on a total high from Albert's win at Regionals.
Thank you so much to Ben for inviting me over and hosting me - the trial was beautifully run and the atmosphere was just fab.
As always it was lovely to be reunited with Paul from Devon and Cornwall police and of course John✨

Having been seized from an abusive owner by the RSPCA Thunder has been in kennels for 3 months but no one wants a Mali x & so he remains there with the threat of being PTS. He is nothing like a Mali just a gentle chap who craves human company. Give him a chance. He is lovely.

We're very excited to introduce #TPDHondo, our first ever Giant Schnauzer.
Hondo is in training to be a General Patrol Dog in Inverness. We'd like to thank Ceara at Lordstone Kennels for this amazing, confident pup 😁. More "Pupdates" to follow.

Sgt Kev Rigers and PD Bert have just passed their first refresher course at advanced level only 3 months after starting operational deployment together. Phenomenal achievement. Well done team Bert.

Meet 7 month old TPD Bert my hyper excitable vocal crazy Giant Schnauzer. Anything you pick up or touch be it the mower, laptop, tools, spade, brush, hedge cutter, phone as far as he is concerned it’s all for his entertainment. 3 grooms a day & his coat is finally looking 👍 ❤️

Fantastic 1st night for Bert. Went off at 10pm, I got up to let him out at 2am clean crate and he did his business & the longest wee ever. Up at 6 then off with the gang for their exercise and back for breakfast.👌

It all started here in September 2021 for TPD Albert on his journey to be a Police dog. He will leave us tomorrow after his passing out parade to start an exciting life as a PD with his handler John. I’m amazed our first ever Giant Schnauzer has attracted no media interest. 🥲
