You've done the most important job of your entire life and that's being there for your dad during the hardest of times. I'm sure your brain probably needs a break, worrying, grief and shock takes its toll. It's a surreal time but sending you strength right now xx
Hi Lauren, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad and couldn't agree more. After my mum passed away a year or so ago, it's been like the foundations of my life have been rocked to the core. The world has never been the same. Please pass on my condolences to your wonderful mum also

Is this a direct number or one that'll involve being on hold or transferred. My father is in his 80s and can't cope with your insensitive call lines.
I've contacted the CEO also as this a failure as a company.
With all due respect you've made it literally impossible for my father to cancel. Forcing those grieving to jump through your stupid hoops.
He tried to cancel over the phone and you forced him to wait for another team, who refused to accept his cancellation.

@SkyUK my mother passed away last year and my dad has tried countless times to cancel the sky package but you're making it impossible for him to leave. Despicable behaviour and a trap for my father to have to pay extortionate amounts @silvervoicesuk
