So many employers force women to shower with men by providing "women's" locker rooms that men self-identify into. I have heard from women around the country who feel powerless. Grateful to EEOC for recognizing this violates the rights of women and giving these women a voice!!
Following an EEOC investigation, the City of O’Fallon, Illinois agreed to designate women’s and men’s locker rooms and showers by sex (not gender identity), provide training, and report on compliance under a five-year conciliation agreement.
