Nigeria is in a state of emergency 🚨 People outside often see Nigerians as "hardworking", but that image hides a sadder reality... we’ve been forced to adapt to difficult conditions just to survive. This constant adaptation is part of why the government and some outsiders take advantage of us, and can keep getting away with so much. And I think many still don't grasp how bad it is here. This is a long read, walk with me 🧵🧵

So we all know every Fungo genesis holder gets around 1,113,861 $FUNGO tokens at the right ? but beyond the pre-tge euphoria, what's in store for holders? so I dug a bit more... and usually, when everyone dumps their allo on day one → token price crashes → nft floor goes under water but hey, I found out @FungoLabs has a solid revenue share and buyback model to sustain things → 20% of launchpad revenue goes to the Genesis pool, split equally across all 3,232 NFTs → revenue from the team’s Genesis NFTs is used to buy back and burn $FUNGO → at least 5% of every collection’s token launched on the platform goes to Genesis holders so basically, as the launchpad ecosystem grows, Genesis holders grow with it
Fungo genesis nft mints on November 5, here's what you need to know first, the first 500 nfts are a free mint for wl holders after that, 2,500 nfts go on sale. the sale is a sealed-bid auction, built with Zama's FHE tech so bids stay encrypted. here's how it works: → you bid in cZAMA and pick your price and how many nfts you want → nobody can see your bid while the sale is live → when it ends, all bids are revealed and ranked from highest to lowest → the lowest winning bid, the one that fills the 2,500th nft, sets the final price → every winner pays that same price, and any extra cZAMA is refunded stay tuned to @FungoLabs for the official time

institutional adoption is one of the most overused phrases in crypto mostly because people skip the boring operational stuff banks actually ask for. banks and trading desks don't care much about peak tps if their transaction gets stuck in a public rpc queue during a margin call. that's the actual friction injective is targeting with institutional rail. when firms are dealing with strict settlement windows or collateral deadlines, 'hopefully the public endpoint picks this up fast' doesn't really work for their risk teams. so instead of just talking about enterprise adoption in the abstract, injective turned direct validator access into an actual product path: - direct routing into an enterprise validator mempool for predictable next-block inclusion - pre-commit feedback (optimistic execution results) so desks can prep their next orders or catch errors before the block even finalizes - hardware attestation so compliance teams can verify the exact software build for their audit trails the part i like most here is what stays the same. firms still keep self-custody of their keys, the full validator set still votes on and finalizes every block, and injective's batch auctions mean everyone still clears at a uniform price. predictable inclusion doesn't mean unfair execution. mind you, access is rolled out case-by-case rn rather than a public api you can just go test yourself, so we'll see how usage scales from here. still, if you look at the rwa and finance-l1 lane injective has been building toward, giving institutions a rail that actually fits their compliance and timing rules feels huge for the $INJ ecosystem.
Today we are officially introducing Injective Institutional Rail. A dedicated gateway for banks and enterprises into Injective block production, with predictable inclusion and instant finality. Banking-grade efficiency on a full financial stack built into the $INJ network 🧵

what if there was a 10th page in the bitcoin whitepaper, written in today’s age, by me? i’d probably write about possibilities. i’m african. yet, somehow, i’m part of an ecosystem where i get to interact, collaborate and create opportunities with people from different parts of the world. people who live thousands of miles away, speak different languages and come from completely different backgrounds and yet we get to participate in the same digital economy. i can build a brand, write, create, contribute to projects and earn from opportunities that aren’t necessarily limited by where i live. and i find that really cool. over the years, crypto has grown into something much bigger than its initial idea. bitcoin came first, but look at everything else that’s come after. ethereum, smart contracts, decentralized applications, different blockchain ecosystems, onchain finance and now the possibility of accessing financial products (like stocks) that might otherwise be difficult to reach in your country. think about how much has become possible because someone dared to introduce a different way of thinking about money and financial systems. if bitcoin had never existed, who knows what today’s crypto ecosystem would look like, or if there’d even be one? i don’t think we talk enough about what this means for the ordinary person. for someone in africa, asia or anywhere else in the world, the possibility of participating in a global ecosystem, contributing their skills and accessing opportunities beyond their environment is worth something, i know for me it is. of course, there’s still a long way to go cause access isn’t equal everywhere, and there’s so much we still need to improve. but the possibility exists and that’s something worth building on. so, if i had a 10th page to contribute to the bitcoin whitepaper, i’d write about the doors this idea helped open, the people who now have a seat at the table, and the people who haven’t found their way in yet. because the next chapter shouldn’t just be about how much further technology can go. it should also be about how many more people get to be part of it. that’s my page 10. but i’m curious about what yours would say, feel free to tell me. i’m joining @MEXC’s bitcoin whitepaper day campaign. i’d definitely love to read what you’d add to the story.

What if winning an NFT didn’t mean paying your full bid? That’s how @FungoLabs Genesis sealed-bid auction works. Let’s say there are only 3 NFTs available , and 4 people bid: → Alice bids 3,000 → Bob bids 1,500 → Carol bids 1,000 → David bids 500 The top 3 bidders win, but everyone pays the same price: 1,000 cZAMA, the lowest winning bid. The extra amount is refunded, while unsuccessful bidders get their full bids back. Bid what the NFT is worth to you. That's the beauty of a sealed-bid auction: your bid determines your chance of winning, while the auction determines the final price.

But Gamdom FC came back with two goals to turn the game around and claim the trophy. From the pitch, we took Gamdom to the streets, engaging people and onboarding new users onto the platform. 8 months ago, Y Combinator rejected us. Last week, we applied again. But this time, the numbers and product tell a completely different story for Hash PayLink: - Onboarded our first external devs building on our API one of them @Zubby_crypt, founder of Alveron.✊ - In active talks with @Stablecoin by stripe for virtual USD accounts & seamless stablecoin off-ramping/liquidation on Pocket by Hash PayLink mobile app. - Approved for an @Alchemy grant to scale our core infrastructure. - Secured our first external legal counsel - Ticket locked for @ETHGlobal India in Mumbai. - Organic wallet growth broke past 100 users over the weekend, with volume climbing, idk where these numbers are coming from myself but that's the business moat developers building on our API are currently bringing to us. You don’t quit when you get rejected, you just build until they can't ignore the traction. Attached is a video clip of what our UI looks like, feedback is highly welcome in the CS🙏 We go again this week. 🫡

The Technology Behind Fungo Did you know an NFT can reveal its artwork without revealing its underlying characteristics? That’s one of the interesting things Fungo Labs is exploring. @FungoLabs is building encrypted NFTs on Ethereum using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), powered by @zama But what does this actually mean? Ordinarily, information stored on a public blockchain can be inspected by anyone. This includes NFT traits, statistics and rarity rankings. Once these details are exposed, there is little room for genuine information privacy. Fungo approaches this differently by introducing encryption into the NFT itself. Every Fungo NFT has two layers: >> The Look This represents the NFT’s artwork. It is sealed when minted, but the holder can view it privately and decide whether to make it public. >> The Essence This contains the NFT’s underlying characteristics, including its class, four stats and element. These remain encrypted on-chain, even when the artwork is published. Now, here’s where Zama comes in. Fungo uses Zama’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption technology, which allows smart contracts to perform computations on encrypted information without decrypting it. The interesting part? Fungo isn’t simply making NFTs harder to inspect. It’s exploring how encrypted information can remain useful on a public blockchain. Seen by all. Known by one. That’s the idea behind Fungo Labs.
I like that $FUNGO has created another entry point for people who may have missed the earlier opportunities. The @FungoLabs X campaign is live, with 3% of the total token supply allocated to campaign participants. You don’t necessarily need a Genesis NFT or Zama OG NFT to participate. > Connect your X account to their site > submit up to five of your best posts One important detail: only posts published from November 1, 14:00 UTC onward will count. This is an opportunity to position yourself in the $FUNGO ecosystem. Don’t just watch from the sidelines.

i've been thinking about a simple problem: why does an ai agent keep making the same mistakes, even after you've corrected it? i built Precedent to explore a different approach to memory, and it is a household agent that doesn't just remember what you said. it remembers why...

i have this theory that submitting your project early gives you a better chance of winning a hackathon. if judges review in submission order, the later you submit, the more tired they probably are when they get to yours. your project might be good. but is it “i’ve reviewed 90 projects and want to go to bed” good? also, if two people build similar projects, whoever gets reviewed first gets to be the interesting one. the other person has to explain why theirs is different notice how guys like @encrypt_wizard submit at least a day before the deadline.
