All India Rank 1 in DM (hepatology) Dr.Sidharth sharma attempted suicide due to extreme toxicity of his dept professor If this is the situation of a senior doctor imagine the plight of junior doctors in PG residency and MBBS Ug who couldn’t even speak in fear of failure and eventually goes in depression while holding the responsibilities of their family ,Education and their personal traumas all together . Hundreds of medical students do suicide every year due to toxicity and arrhythmic stress by authorities but no one is concerned and it repeats . A portal for grievances of students should be opened by govt and concerns should be responded fast otherwise this profession will become a graveyard of suicides !
