This is such an incredible exchange. Not surprised she won.
This contentious interchange between the NY Times and @GinaHinojosaTX was truly amazing. Hinojosa offered one of the best explanations of populism I've ever seen. Her comments were a total rejection of Corporate Dems' neoliberal formula. Her Texas victory is a game changer.

Siedem dni to rozpętania piekła w Polsce !!!

🚨🇵🇱 Polish MP Bosak is demanding the RESIGNATION of Tusk's government for the attempted coup in Poland: Bosak outlined 5 demands: 1. Withdraw police from the Constitutional Tribunal. 2. Allow its judges, leadership and security personnel to resume their duties. 3. Stop what he describes as the illegal use of police and security services. 4. Hold commanders and government officials accountable for the alleged assault on a constitutional institution. 5. Demand the resignation of Tusk's government. Bosak argues that the government's actions threaten Poland's constitutional order and undermine trust in law enforcement. Writer: Samuel /// @krzysztofbosak

In this abbey in France, nuns have been restoring old books for over 70 years. The Benedictine sisters of Maumont Abbey run a full workshop and their craft is bookbinding, gilding and restoration. Centuries-old books arrive damaged, torn and crumbling, and they restore them all by hand to last another hundred years.

Watching the E.U. failing spectacularly in real time is as sweet as it gets. They overplayed their hand and people are waking up. The desperate moves they are making now is only speeding up the process of it's inevitable collapse.

🇵🇱 Extremely urgent: REVOLT WITHIN THE POLISH POLICE. Polish police officers are beginning to defy orders from the Tusk government en masse. There are reports of a revolt and extremely low morale. A police union is accusing the government of using the police for political purposes and is opposing the actions of those in power. Tusk is in serious trouble.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Ironically, Netanyahu made it possible!! Israelis and Palestinians are marching TOGETHER in Tel Aviv demanding a Jewish-Arab government The demonstration comes days after Tuesday’s election left Netanyahu’s bloc with 53 seats, short of a majority, while the opposition and Arab parties hold the rest. Crowds are pressing for a coalition that includes both sides after the results blocked a straight return for the current government. Writer: Lucas

It's happening. Poland's ambassadors are resigning in protest, Nawrocki has personally stormed the Constitutional Court, and NO ONE has come out in support of Tusk. The EU is LOSING the attempted coup. Tusk is going to be imprisoned. Keep fighting, Poland! 🇵🇱

Beethoven composed some of the greatest music ever written while barely able to hear it. At twenty-eight, he first noticed something was wrong. During an argument with a singer in 1798, high frequencies began to fade. He kept it secret for years. By 1802 the loss was undeniable. On his doctor’s advice he moved to the quiet village of Heiligenstadt outside Vienna, hoping the countryside would help. It didn’t. There, alone, he wrote a letter to his brothers that he never sent. It was found among his papers after his death and is now known as the Heiligenstadt Testament. In it he described the humiliation of standing next to someone who could hear a distant flute or a shepherd singing while he heard nothing. He admitted he had thought about ending his life. Then he wrote the line that changed everything: “Only my art held me back. It seemed impossible to leave the world before I had produced everything I felt called upon to produce.” He returned to Vienna and kept composing. Over the next twenty years his hearing continued to decline. Friends wrote their words in small notebooks and waited while he read. To sense the music as he worked, he would bite one end of a wooden rod and press the other against the piano’s soundboard, letting the vibrations travel through his jaw—an early, instinctive form of bone conduction. Most of the works he is remembered for were written after that point: the Fifth Symphony, the Seventh, the Ninth, the Missa Solemnis, and the late string quartets. All of them came from a man who could no longer fully hear what he was creating.

How to soothe menstrual pain and cramps Students from all walks of life have asked me how they can fix this problem, over the last 30 years. It's been frustrating because my consciousness-based methods weren't working as well on this issue as they did on others. I've celebrated success with things like allergies, insomnia, back pain, infertility, asthma, cancer and hundreds of other things, but didn't much move the needle with the monthly cramps. It was as if the issue was created from a deeper level than I was addressing. What was I missing? In 2025 I finally found the fix. But I had to prescribe it to several people and test the results before I wrote about it. In 2025 my wife began having extreme menstrual pain that incapacitated her for at least two days with stomach cramps, back pain, chest pain, nausea and vomiting. At first I thought of it as a passing phase and gave it no attention, but it worsened over time. She normally refuses pills and doesn't go to doctors, but started taking more and more ibuprofen. Finally, the pain was so strong she expressed the desire to go to a hospital. That's when I finally woke up to attended to my husband-duties. My book is called "You can heal anyone", not "you can heal some people". I needed to find a fix, walk the talk. I was 100% determined. I thought about what had changed six months prior, when the problems started. She had changed her diet, moving from a keto, back to a normal diet that included carbs. She didn't believe there was a connection, but I suspected there was. "Let's try something dietary, just next month and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, you can still go see a doctor". I grabbed an old book off my shelf. It was the first source I consulted and it already contained the FIX! The book was "We want to Live" by Aajonus. Aajonus was a nutritionist who believed in the medicinal powers of raw, unprocessed, unheated foods and successfully treated hospital patients with it. The book was published around 2003, but I had only come across it in 2020. It inspired me to drink raw milk, eat raw honey and avoid processed foods, which unfortunately make up the primary offering of the average American supermarket (I don't eat raw meat however, for spiritual and taste reasons). The gist of his teaching is that "menstrual cramps are due to a lack of usable proteins in the blood" Red meat, a rich source of protein, is easier to utilize when eaten with green salads and mushrooms. Aajonus recommended eating five raw mushrooms daily for 5 days before menstrual onset, plus plenty of green salad and meat such as beef, lamb and tuna. That reduces and prevents cramps. So in the week prior to period onset, we did just that. However, both  meat and mushrooms were cooked (but it still worked). I added daily raw carrot juice into the mix In addition, I prepared epsom-salt hot baths for her every day for three days prior to the onset. Menstrual Pain Drink Formula Once the period starts Aajonus recommends the following drink formula. These items are put in a blender and mixed: 2 raw eggs 3-4 ounces of cream (if no cream is available use cow cream or coconut cream). 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime 5-6 tablespoons of unheated (soft) bee-pollen Optional sweetener: Raw, unheated honey. This drink should be had with a quarter brick of raw cheese, preferably cheddar, no salt added. Drink 4 oz. right away and 1-2 oz. every 3-4 hours. Refrigerate the rest. Also drink water, as this formula tends to dehydrate. Easier Formulas If that's too much work, these are short-cut formulas: Raw carrot juice plus bee pollen or Raw milk plus bee pollen Adding lemon to vegetable juices is also helpful. What not to eat Eating too much fruit, especially one week prior, causes deficiencies in fat and protein and can lead to bloating and menstrual cramps. Side-note: Women fed soy formula as children, have worse menstrual cramps. Final Note To detox from Aspirin or Ibuprofen, eat Avocados. I procured all the items of the drink formula and made my wife daily bottles of the drink, without expecting results. I said to her "We'll try. If it doesn't work, we'll have to look elsewhere". I prayed/intended over each item of food, each drink and each bath. Love & Care from oneself or another adds to the miracle. To both our surprise, it worked perfectly. We were bracing for pain (I had bought aspirin to alternate with ibuprofen, just in case), but apart from a slight backache that was remedied with a hot-pad... ...the pain never came. There were no cramps at all! Her comment was "I'm puzzled". And later: "It's been dietary all along". She continued working, living and going out as usual. Inspired, I began sharing the formula with other people who had asked me about this. They all reported back that their pain was either soothed, subdued or gone altogether. So today I'm delighted to say: Another problem solved! Give it a try and if it also works for you, let us know in the comments.

"We don't talk about winning or losing - we talk about being engaged at a really rich level to get the most out of life. We're not defined by a win or a loss but defined how it feels to be us. That's how we measure success. We know we have to win, to sell, to be sustainable. But the primary focus is resonating". - Michael Gervais, Sports Psychologist.
