My favourite read of the week — this article on Alt Text from Sarah Gallardo. She dives into the necessities for Decorative, Informative, Complex images, and so much more. If you ever feel confused when writing alt text, this is written for you!

It continually blows my mind that a gazillion-dollar company makes this kind of avoidable engineering faux-pas. 😳

Well said...I truly hope this country finally votes for a government worthy of its great people (and not small minded ideological morons)
Windrush. Go home vans. The borders bill.
The government's inhumane response to Ukrainian refugees is just another example of the Tories' callous treatment of the most vulnerable.

I was once stopped by 8+ armed police (central Lon) under the terrorism act. My crime? Waiting for a parking space. The trust (in police) has completely eroded for many. The #Police need a complete overhaul ...only then can we even start to repair the "trust". #SarahEverard

I've made my choice, #emailgeeks. I want brands to be able to see if I'm engaging with their emails. I want fewer emails when I'm less engaged. I want emails at the right time. And I want more relevant emails.
I wish Apple was far less biased in how they presented this choice.
