thats why the DA and their voters are particularly invested in getting us all to think of SA as a two party system. they want you sitting at home if you dont support either instead of increasing the negotiating power of those who actually represent your interests

As someone who is in a city like JHB for example, to say “my vote won't change anything” in a city where no party has had a majority since 2016 is absolute madness.
Small shifts in votes move seats nina and seats decide who sits at the negotiating table, are you maaad.

Before you vote this week, remember that the Concourt ruled that in the WC the DA perpetuates apartheid spatial planning whose intent is to keep blacks in the outskirts of the city of Cape Town. They do this by selling public land to commercial interests instead of public good
