I bet this happens more frequently than we’d think on phones that require dialing 9-1 to call out. Our area code here starts with 9, when we first started having to dial 91 for outgoing calls we all dialed 119 at least once, probably multiple times before 919 became natural

Was there conversation(s) when he decided 2go no contact or were u left wondering? Have u considered some kind of online or in person support group? Not that it would make things easier but sometimes being able to converse w/ppl in similar position helps a person feel less alone

And why is taking then off so difficult?!? Putting them on is one thing but taking them off takes more effort then what seems reasonably necessary
