We’ve been learning all about London in 1666 & building model tudor houses. Today we learnt about the huge fire that ravaged London in 1666 so, naturally, we set fire to our houses & recreated it!Great learning experience which will hopefully springboard into some great writing!

A really great provision this week in yr1 with BeeBots, a *new* bus role play area and sensory tray inspired by ‘Snail in the Whale’ - so many opps for cross-curricula learning & fostering soft-skill learning in a supportive environment #year1 #playbasedlearning #edchatuk

Lots of great play and learning happening this week using our “Stick Man”-inspired sensory tray…. Also lots of mess, but I’m not sure that one can happen without the other in year 1! #sensoryplay #continuousprovision #year1 #edchatuk #playbased
