Jackson Ain't The Only Option: A Proper Look At Joao Pedro Replacements 🤔🎯📝

FPL's hive mind is in full effect, but this is a big call which deserves proper thought.
Copycat syndrome creates opportunities for those prepared to engage with risk.

A bit of tech talk from Alex and announcing our next Mobile app feature.
Today we shipped a new version of NextXI for iOS (1.16.0).
Alongside Content Studio and several quality-of-life improvements, this release brings Live Activities to the iPhone, so you can track your gameweek's progress, points, and overall rank without even opening the app.
The card sits on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and it follows the match that matters most to your team, from before your first kick-off to the final whistle.
Below is last Saturday on the card, with an example squad.
You can start it from the FPL Gameweek screen, or turn on Live matches and it will start by itself five minutes before your first kick-off.
You only get an alert when one of your players scores, assists, or gets sent off, and when your matchday is done. Everything else just updates on the card, so your phone isn't buzzing all afternoon.
It's free, and Android is coming soon. If anything looks off during a match this weekend, like a score that's stuck or a goal that never shows up, please let me know 💪

DEFCON defenders compared: Vuskovic, Muharemovic, Murillo & Silva.
Subjectively, these are the most balanced options, and I don't think any of them stands out significantly from the rest.
If you're not playing stubborn, I'd consider bringing them in gradually.

For anyone who knew Stevie (@FPLLama) theres a justgiving in his name. I don't know if anyone in the FPL community knew about his passing, but lets show him the same love he gave to everyone he knew.

GOALS CONCEDED THREAD - GAMEWEEK 8
Welcome back! 😁
Giving you positional data to highlight those potential differentials 🔎
Starting with:
🚜 IPSWICH vs FOREST 🌳
A stellar fixture for DELAP against his former club, no team has conceded more to strikers (6), decent for GIBBS-WHITE too
Almost all of Forest’s goals are coming down their right flank, benefiting MAEDA

Comparison of Saka replacements: Foden, MGW, Manzambi and Mbeumo.
Will it be a purple patch for Phil or a brown one? I'm not sure.

Welcome to my #UCLFantasy GW3 Preview.
It's finally here. If you've been following my previews, you'll know that GW3 has always been my preferred opportunity to activate Limitless.
Two matchdays later, with 204 points and an OR of 5,304, I'm sticking to that plan.
I'll go through my approach, the fixtures I'm targeting, my current player shortlist, captaincy and the decisions that could make or break this chip.
Let's get into it.

14k at the international break, with 3 free transfers and 3 chips to play.
The dream position, and I have thrown it away through cowardice.
31 points in the bin.

A few tips for GW7 ✅
1. Chelsea at home is a great fixture for Barry, do start him
2. Still think triple Chelsea attack is the way to go, it has the edge coz almost everyone owns 2 of them
3. Telling you for the 6th time, it's time to sell Szoboszlai
4. One of King or Gonzalo is fine, both are an overkill
5. Haaland is by far the best captaincy option on paper, a decent triple captain too, I wouldn't mind taking a punt on one of the city midfielders this week
6. Sell Wissa for sure, between Muharemovic and Hall i would start Muharemovic
7. Evanilson is a great transfer in if you are looking for a forward
8. Both Gross and De Cuyper are captainable this week if you got the balls
9. Leeds have a genuine chance of winning this game while keeping a clean sheet, Man united are a blunt attack away from home
10. I wouldn't sell Palmer for Saka this week, Forest are a top 2 defence in terms of xGC this season

GOALS CONCEDED THREAD - GAMEWEEK 7
Welcome back! 😁
Giving you positional data to highlight those potential differentials 🔎
Starting with:
🍬 EVERTON vs CHELSEA 🔵
Everton have only conceded 5 goals, but 60% of them being from Right Wingers is something to look into, benefiting PALMER
Evanilson made it 6 Set Piece goals against Chelsea in 6 games! A TARKOWSKI bullet header is certainly on the cards here
